Those pool cabanas have plasma TVs, couches, and mini kitchens. Vegas style.
That night we went to Ruth's Chris steakhouse for dinner. We knew it was an expensive restaurant but I figured dinner would be between $20-30 a plate. WRONG. Unfortunately we didn't bother to look at prices until we were seating and the waiter brought us our menu. The dinners ranged from $35-60 a plate. Luckily the waiter let us get the pre-dinner special for $40 and we split that! Our dinner was sooo good. Talk about good food. I told Niel that when he is a P.A. we are going back and I am getting my own steak (he wanted to get the chicken). I told him that was really lame since we were at a steakhouse. It really was a delicious dinner from the dinner rolls, salad, chicken to dessert. I highly recommend it if you wanna splurge at a good restaurant.Saturday, September 13, 2008
Maui Day 3: Snorkeling Adventures...& the Ritz
Wednesday we grabbed our snorkeling gear and went to Napili Bay. Next we went snorkeling at Honolua Bay. We saw lots of pretty fish! Unfortunately our snorkeling pictures didn't turn out that good. After that we stopped at the Ritz Carlton hotel...which was amazing. It was one of the nicest hotels I had ever been in. Get this: in the bathroom they had actual individual towels that you use to dry your hands. After you used the towel you throw it in the dirty clothes bin:) The hotel was gorgeous!
